Meet Dr. Lassa Frank

Dr. Lassa Frank

Optometrist

Mt. Tam Optometric Center owner, Dr. Lassa Frank, proudly distinguishes his optometry practice as one of the most progressive in the eye care business. Located in San Anselmo, CA, Dr. Frank’s practice has become a well-known one-stop shop for Marin County citizens needing vision care. With the use of cutting-edge technology and progressive treatments, customers are assured that they are receiving the best available service.

Dr. Frank has expertise in offering comprehensive eye exams, prescriptions, contact lens fittings, pre- and post-operative cataract surgery care, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of eye diseases and injuries. In addition to these services, Dr. Frank specializes in diagnosing, treating, and managing dry eye disease in patients of all ages. 

During Dr. Frank’s 20+ years practicing optometry in Marin, he has traveled extensively around the world and has personally given over 25,000 free eye care exams. He has put together eye care teams that have delivered over 100,000 pairs of glasses to the needy in Africa, Central America, and Mexico. He has worked with numerous non-profit organizations and is proud to be one of the founding members of what is now Lions in Sight, a charitable nonprofit group that provides eye exams and eyeglasses to those in need around the world.
